新出廠磨面機(jī)安裝后都要進(jìn)行調(diào)試方可試車，開機(jī)前應(yīng)仔細(xì)檢查傳動(dòng)皮帶及防護(hù)裝置，檢查各部分緊固件是否松動(dòng)，檢查軸承、齒輪松緊是否合適，檢查糧倉、磨內(nèi)是否有異物，用手轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)磨機(jī)大皮帶輪，檢查顫動(dòng)是否正常。

After the new mill is installed, it must be debugged before commissioning. Before starting up, carefully check the transmission belt and protective device, check whether the fasteners of each part are loose, whether the tightness of bearings and gears is appropriate, check whether there are foreign matters in the granary and mill, rotate the large belt pulley of the mill by hand and check whether the vibration is normal.

新面粉機(jī)安裝調(diào)試后，應(yīng)先用麩皮試磨不少于30分鐘，將磨機(jī)內(nèi)清理干凈后，再開始正常加工小麥面粉。
